Under his leadership, STRA is pioneering Asiaโs first dedicated STR conference (November 12-13, 2025, in Bangkok) and establishing industry-wide initiatives to foster collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth. As Co-Founder of Closer Asia & Closer CSS Law, he has played a key role in investment consultancy, hotel pool system solutions, and property management across Phuket and beyond.
His deep connections in the real estate and hospitality sectors make him a pivotal force in uniting key industry players and driving commercial success for STRA.
Bruno is also a Founder of Property Manager Phuket, an ambassador for Internations Phuket, and a founding member of the Harley Davidson Club Rebel Rider Phuket. With a passion for business growth and networking, he is dedicated to fostering collaboration and innovation in the short-term rental industry across Asia.

Mitchell Price is a founding executive committee member of Short-Term Rental Asia (STRA Asia). With over 15 years of experience in government, strategic communications, and the mobility sector, Mitchell has a proven track record in policy development, stakeholder management, and navigating complex regulatory environments.
Previously, Mitchell served as the inaugural CEO of the Australian and New Zealand Short-Term Rental Association (ASTRA), a non-profit organization in the short-term rental sector. In this role, he led major policy reforms in collaboration with industry leaders such as Airbnb, Expedia, and Booking.com, driving significant regulatory advancements in the STR industry.
