With over 15 years of experience in government, strategic communications, and the mobility sector, Mitchell has a proven track record in policy development, stakeholder management, and navigating complex regulatory environments.
Previously, Mitchell served as the inaugural CEO of the Australian and New Zealand Short-Term Rental Association (ASTRA), a non-profit organization in the short-term rental sector. In this role, he led major policy reforms in collaboration with industry leaders such as Airbnb, Expedia, and Booking.com, driving significant regulatory advancements in the STR industry.
