If you are a supplier, technology provider, or service partner to the STR industry, please note that delegate tickets are not valid for brand or business representation in the room.

General Ticket Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms:
By purchasing a ticket for the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all ticket types and sales for the event.
Ticket Eligibility and Integrity:
STRA reserves the right to decline any ticket purchased at its sole discretion in order to ensure the integrity of the conference goals and the quality of participation. There is no appeal for any such decision. All decisions made by STRA regarding ticket eligibility are final and enforceable.
Refund Policy:
In the event that your ticket is declined by STRA, a full refund of the ticket purchase price will be issued. Aside from tickets declined under this clause, all ticket sales are final, and refunds will not be provided for cancellations initiated by the ticket holder.
Non-Transferability:
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise by STRA. Any attempt to transfer a ticket without prior written approval may result in ticket cancellation.
Event Modifications and Cancellation:
STRA reserves the right to modify or cancel the event as needed. In such instances, all registered ticket holders will be notified promptly, and any applicable refunds or credits will be provided as per STRA's policies.
Conduct and Compliance:
Ticket holders are expected to adhere to all event guidelines, codes of conduct, and instructions provided by event staff. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the cancellation of your ticket without a refund.
Liability Disclaimer:
STRA will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to any person or property arising from or related to the event, except where prohibited by law.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is held.
