•  Sponsorship packages are subject to agreed terms and conditions, including payment deadlines and deliverables.
• Sponsors must not make misleading claims or imply STRA endorsement without written consent.
• STRA is not liable for any third-party engagements facilitated through sponsorship participation.

•  Attendees participate at their own risk. STRA assumes no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the event.
• STRA is not responsible for force majeure events that may impact event proceedings.

• STRA collects and processes personal information, such as name, email, and company details, for event registration and communication purposes.
• Data may be used for networking facilitation, event analytics, and future event promotions.
• STRA does not sell or share personal data with third parties except for essential event services.

• Registration data is securely stored and used strictly within the scope of event operations.
• Delegates may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

• By attending, participants consent to photography and video recording for promotional purposes.
