From Investment Banking to Proptech Pioneer
Before JadeCaps, Ankit built his foundations working in HSBC Global Markets, gaining deep financial discipline and market exposure. That banking background sharpened his instincts for risk, growth, and capital efficiency.

In 2019, Ankit founded JadeCaps in Bengaluru — a bold bet on the untapped potential of short-term rentals and second homes across India and Southeast Asia.

Under his leadership, JadeCaps has remained bootstrapped, with a lean, mission-driven team.

Ankit’s vision was never to replicate a Western PMS, but to engineer one built 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮 — responsive to local seasonality, diverse guest expectations, regulatory complexity, and infrastructure constraints.

He has guided the expansion of JadeCaps across multiple Indian metro & leisure markets, and into Southeast Asia & the Gulf, building a powerful tech + hospitality platform.

Karan Miglani is the visionary product leader driving the next frontier in luxury short-term rentals at ELIVAAS. With more than a decade of global experience designing and scaling travel-tech platforms at Tripadvisor, Expedia Group (VRBO) and MakeMyTrip, he brings a rare blend of technical depth and guest-centric product imagination. 

At ELIVAAS, Karan leads product & technology strategy, shaping the entire guest journey from discovery and design to booking and stay-experience. A Bachelor of Technology (Electronics & Engineering) followed by an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Karan’s path from early tech roles to global product leadership anchors him firmly in the era of digital hospitality transformation.

Dr. Deepak Mittal is the Managing Director of Sonalika Group of Companies and the Founder of Solis Nature.  

A visionary industrialist and philanthropist, he has led Sonalika Tractors to become the No. 1 tractor exporter from India, operating in over 150 countries. Beyond his corporate leadership, Dr. Mittal is deeply involved in holistic wellness initiatives focused on yoga, meditation and inner transformation and has also founded initiatives like Divine Soul Yoga (DSY) and Solis Wellness Retreat (SWR) that reflect his commitment to well-being and conscious living.
