STRA’s operator mapping now tracks 7,000+ professional STR operators across Asia, representing 126,000 professionally managed units, with the top 300 operators alone controlling ~45,000 units.
The Art of Data by STRA draws from a verified network of short-term rental operators, property managers, and technology partners across Asia. Each dataset is built on a minimum sample of 300 verified managers per country — or at least 10% of active STR supply in smaller markets — ensuring balanced, representative insights.
Data is aggregated, anonymized, and validated through PMS integrations and independent market checks, combining self-reported and verified performance metrics. The result: a true reflection of Asia’s operating realities — not external assumptions.
The Art of Data exists to build trust through transparency, empowering operators, investors, and policymakers with credible, actionable intelligence.
