A private, off-the-record dinner hosted by STRA Founder Keith Cowarn on the evening before GCG Bangkok begins.
Limited to just 14 delegates, the dinner brings together a small group of property managers, founders and invited guests for an open, closed-room conversation.
Includes:

- A personally hosted introduction to the group
- Private conversation without presentations or sponsor pitches
No plus-ones. Attendance is non-transferable.
Once all 14 seats are confirmed, the dinner is closed.

Ticket Terms - Keeping It Simple
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms. They apply to all GCG Bangkok tickets and packages.
- Choosing the right ticket
Delegate tickets are intended for property managers, operators, owners, developers, investors and professionals directly involved in managing short-term rental businesses or portfolios.
Technology companies, suppliers, consultants and service providers require Vendor Access. If you are unsure which ticket is right for you, please contact STRA before purchasing.
STRA may decline a booking if the incorrect ticket type has been purchased or if attendance would not fit the purpose of the summit. If this happens, the ticket price will be refunded in full. - Cancellations and refunds
Tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind or can no longer attend, except where a refund is required by law.
We recommend arranging appropriate travel insurance to cover unexpected changes to your plans. - Ticket transfers
If you need to transfer your ticket to another eligible person, please contact STRA. Transfers require written approval and cannot be guaranteed. - Programme or event changes
Speakers, sessions, timings and other programme details may change as the summit develops.
If STRA needs to make a significant change to the event, registered attendees will be contacted promptly and advised of the available options. If the event is cancelled, the ticket price will be refunded. - Respecting the room
GCG Bangkok is designed to be a professional, respectful and constructive environment.
Attendees are expected to follow event guidelines and the reasonable directions of the STRA and venue teams. STRA may ask someone to leave if their behaviour disrupts the event or affects the experience or safety of others. A refund will not be provided in these circumstances. - Travel and personal responsibility
Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements, visas, insurance and personal belongings.
STRA is not responsible for travel costs, lost property or circumstances outside its reasonable control, except where required by law. - Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the event in Bangkok, Thailand.
